Amperometry and amperometric titration
« on: November 13, 2014, 09:36:25 PM »
Can anyone recommend good references on Amperometry and amperometric titration. Most books don't seem to discuss it or discuss it in very short (excepts Vogel's textbook and I didn't completely understood it). I didn't find many videos or lectures about it in the internet either.

It should be noted that I was never any good in electrochemistry (not to mention I always get confused with positive and negative electrodes).

So I would prefer references written for beginners. Links to good videos or lectures would be great too.

This can be tricky, as most of the theory is covered in books about voltammetric methods - polarography, voltammetry, cyclic voltammetry and so on. Once you know how these works, amperometry is just an obvious and rather trivial application.
