The MSDS contains the ingredient list:  http://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=1&sqi=2&ved=0CB4QFjAA&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.aerco.com%2FPDFs%2FProducts%2FAccessories%2FSentinel-Products%2FSentinel-X100-MSDS-01-2011&ei=ikS0VMXOG8rtaJKmgJgE&usg=AFQjCNEqB57nHx1viphNsRTXyMKBNGMedQ&bvm=bv.83339334,d.cWc&cad=rja

Sorry for the monster link.  It remains up to you to determine the proportions, and develop the necessary quality control to insure safe and useful product.  You probably can't sell it, because its likely proprietary.  If you formulate it just to use yourself, you will have no one to complain to if your formulation fails.
Hey, I'm not judging.  I just like to shoot straight.  I'm a man of science.

Alas, the Msds lists only the hazardous components, two making each <5% of the total. The rest is not told.
