I doubt anyone knows the words for this equation, we can all try to figure it out, in this case or any other case, based on the words for each term of the equation.  Can you begin to solve this problem for yourself?  Can you give us any of the terms in words?  Even " " will have to be explained somehow.  What does our forum software use as a shorthand for that symbol?
