Molar Equivalent

i have to do certain chemical rxn in which i have to add 1.2 molar equivalent of compound A, compound A molar mass 400g/mol, amount added 10mg. how much compound B should i add so that it will be 1.2 molar equivalent of compound A, molar mass of compound B is 376g/mol.. could any one please explain answer with calculations as i have doubt

Welcome, nupursiddhant: to the Chemical Forums.  According to the Forum Rules{click}, we want to see your attempt.  So you won't be getting "with calculations" without you trying first.

Try to work with your information so you can understand it better.  You mention 1.2 molar equivalent twice, as an example.  And 1.2 molar equivalent of witch, compound A or compound B?

You have a certain mass, and you have a molar mass, can you begin to work with those?  You're expected to to be able to convert these units, can you  try?

Calculate how much mole correspondend to 10 mg of compound A.

This value you enhance to 1.2 and calculate back the mass of compound B.
