If the mole ratio is 1:1, and 1,3-butadiene is the limiting agent (of 1.26 mols), why isn't it

1.26 * (140 which is the molar mass of the product) * 0.864

To get an answer of 152g?

You've worked out the actual mass of the product made. The last step is to subtract that figure from the total mass of the reactants.

So I guess we are considering the unreacted starting materials as waste. I should have read the question a bit more carefully >.>
