Selective hydrogenations

Does anyone know of a method to selectively hydrogenate a cis 1,2 disubstituted double bond in the presence of a 1,1 disubstituted double bond?

Probably need more information.  What do you have coming off the alkenes?

There are no heteroatoms near either of them, and both are in rings. The one I want to reduce is internal and the one I need intact is exocyclic.
