How to find out a synthetic route of a molecule

How to design / predict a synthetic route of a new piperazine derivatives ? could anyone please help me on this regard.

Well you need to know what derivatives and have some knowledge of synthetic chemistry. There is not much more to say. You cal also do literature search and use already published methods but use slightly different compounds.

Thank you so much for the link its helpful. Please kindly tell me if there is any online free retro synthetic tools which helps in a better way  (other than scifinder or reaxys as they are paid ones ).

is there anybody having access to reaxys /scifinder kind of softwares ? if so could you please help me in predicting synthetic route of a molecule. Thanks in advance

Ask at your university, you should have acces to those databases via your school
