Electrons and Orbitals

I do not understand the orientation of electrons in orbitals and orbital structures around atoms.Please give me a simple explanation about them.Much appreciated.Thank you.

This question is far too general. You will need to ask something more specific in order to get a reasonable answer.

Do you mean the orientation of the magnetic moment?
