Hi friends, can anybody help me in this question. how to prepare buffer solution of pH 5.4?

Are you aware of a formula that defines pH of buffers, its a pretty common one in elementary chemistry.  Once you have that formula, you'll know what else you'll need.  You will have to, at the very least, select what buffer is compatible with the work you want to do.
