Phenol/Resorcinol reaction with Diethanolamine

I want to know what happen when reaction between Phenol (-OH) and Resorcinol(2 -OH) with Diethanolamine in water.

This looks like a pKa problem.

well I dont know pKa values.
but since

Phenol + NaOH = sodium phenolate
Resorcinol + NaOH = Sodium resorcinate

so same thing can be done with Diethanolamine ?
