i am a new graduated engineer i need to know more - but simply - how is fixed bed  catalytic reformer works and how can i manage the conversion of the catalyst

it is a fixed PTO2 catalyst for converting Propane tp propylene

What variables can you change with a catalyst pellet that would effect the conversion?
