i go to a welsh school (in wales, uk) and therefor am taught everything in welsh, including chemistry, and i'm trying to start revising (i have exams in a fourtnight) but i need to know what a word is in english,
in welsh it's 'trachywiredd' (just in case anyone speaks welsh) and i had to use it to note possible errors while using a thermometer whilst doing coursework in an equation, something like:
the final answer of enthalpy change was 430, but the thermometer went up in increments of 0.5C, so the 'trachywiredd' was 430 +/- (0.25/430 x 100) = 430 +/- 0.58 which meant that the results could have been between 429.42 and 430.58 kj môl-1
i hope it makes sense, but i'm rubbish at chemistry so i don't know if it does.
Thanks for any help
