National Environmental Quality Standards for industrial gaseous emission (mg/ nm3) for sulphur dioxide is 1700 ,pls advise how much limstone(kilogram??) in water(litre??) be made to ensure sulphur dioxide remain 1700 mg/ nm3)

This is a learning forum, we like to help people help themselves.  Your question is incomplete,can you tell why?  You have a concentration you need 1700 mg/m³.  You have something that will absorb (some unknown mg).  What else is missing?  The problem is unsolvable without it.

I was just going to say, 1700 mg/nm3 looks pretty damn concentrated!
