Hi Guys,

I am working on SPE method at work. I made working from stock solution. E.x I made working for QCL - i spiked 0.3 ml of stock to solvent amd bring to 1.5ng/ml concentrateation. I used this working to prepare my bulk/curve with 50 times dilution. Bacically i spiked 50 microliter working qcl to 2.45 ml of plasma. Now this is the method that i  working on

I have 220microliter of.volume in my plate, which I load to SPE plate. Then I elute 1 ml. I dry my plate and add 200microliter.solution. Bacically i extract plasma sample to neat so.i can inject in intrumemt.

So my question is how.can i make neat from working qcl directly without extraction ?
