Need help oxidizing extracted protein

I have been trying to oxidize extracted protein and bsa for a long time now using different concentrations of H2O2 and FeSO4. Nothing seems to work.. any suggestions?

Are you trying to oxidize it completely or selectively?  What protein are you working with and for what purpose?
