Hello, Ive been doing hydration reaction for one of my papers I know how to draw and remember mechanisms but for this image can you tell me and explain which intermediates are involved and why is the 2-isomer form in this case. thank you

Welcome to the forum.  It is a forum rule that you must first show us your attempts or your thoughts before we can help you.  Also, I find your terminology a bit confusing.  Why do you call it a 2-isomer?

Hint, carbon is a better electron donor than hydrogen.
