fugacity of n-Butane
« on: April 22, 2016, 01:40:29 PM »
Hi

Can anybody please help me to find fugacity of n-Butane using the following formula:

p = 5 pa      and      T = 500° k

pv = 4155.8 - 209.9p - 5.186p2 - 1.448p3 + 0.2079p4

I have tried to solve it using the following way and some other ways but couldn't manage to do so:

(pv=4155.8 - 209.9p - 5.186p2 - 1.448p3 + 0.2079p4)/RT

 :rarrow:

Z = (4155.8 - 209.9p - 5.186p2 - 1.448p3 + 0.2079p4)/RT
.
.
.

any help is appreciated  ;) ;) ;)

Regards
