Increasing Rigidity of UV Cured Thiol-ene Polymers

Howdy Guys,

I'm an undergrad working with UV cured Thiol-ene polymers. I create the formulation and mix and pour into "dogbones" for tensile testing and then allow them to curve and photo-polymerize under a UV light. On my first try, I cured for 1 hour and it came out "gooey", viscous and not rigid or solid. I kept it curing eventually for 20 hours with little to no changes in consistency noted.

The formulation was: 0.1 weight % photo-initiator and a 1-1 thiol-ene mole ratio.

I've been looking around for ways to increase the rigidity, off the bat, I would think that looking for ways to increase cross linking would give a better structure and more rigidity. Would increasing the photo-initiator amount help too?

What does the provider's datasheet recommend? Temperature, proportions, duration...
