ICP OES dilution calculation

Hi could someone please explain how to calculate the following,

ICP-OES gives a sample's concentration reading of 29000 mg/kg (after acid digestion).
I used 0.3 g of sample and diluted with deionised water to a final volume of 50ml.
I would like to know the actual concentration. (mg/kg).

Your measured concentration value just needs to be multiplied by the assayed volume to give a total amount of analyte in the sample. Then divide this by the sample mass to get the mass of analyte per mass unit of sample.
