Phosphorus Oxychloride Synthesis question

May i have some educated advise on POCL3 synthesis please?  I have heard of several methods but it is never explained to my understanding. Thank you.

Nearly all methods use Cl2, PCl3 or PCl5. These are industrial chemicals. Only one method of synthesis is relatively safe for laboratory scale. Wikipedia shows methods and references.
