May i have some educated advise on POCL3 synthesis please? I have heard of several methods but it is never explained to my understanding. Thank you.

Nearly all methods use Cl
2
, PCl
3
or PCl
5
. These are industrial chemicals. Only one method of synthesis is relatively safe for laboratory scale. Wikipedia shows methods and references.
