So,what are you saying?
Are you saying that the missing of oxygen atoms in the
cerium oxide lattice may cause the cerium oxide to change colors?

I must say that this is the first thread that you didn't help me at all.But i,still,don't angry ;)
After all,you were very helpful at my other threads.
But i think i should stop here.too much posts with no progress.
I don't believe that cerium oxide 99.9% can be also brown and also white.Something is smell bad here.
