Spectroscopy Homework help

I really need help with these problems, I'm just seeing lines. I need to find out what structures they are and be able to explain how I found them. I couldn't upload the pictures here so I put the links below.

Note: there are two separate singlets centered around 3.5-3.7 and two different triplets around 2.4-2.9

You have to show your attempts at solving the problem to receive help, this is a forum policy.

Besides, your images were deleted, with rather harsh comments. Can't say they were not deserved.
