I have two pounds of the expensive cream of tartar(food grade), I would like to make Rochelle salt, I have access to Sodium Bicarbonate, Sodium Carbonate and Sodium Hydroxide.

How do I go about making electroplating grade(not necessarily very pure) Rochelle Salt?

You take tartar and dissolve it in water then you add sodiumcarbonate until the solution dont develop any carbondioxide and is  slight alkaline.
