How do you prepare 0.1 M of H2SO4 solution at pH of 0.33, 1 and 3. Any suggestions?

You don't. 0.1 M solution of the acid has some pH and it can't be different.

It is like asking "how do you multiply 2*2 to get 5?".

Thank you so much for your reply! Let me rephrase the question and ask how to prepare H2SO4 solution of pH 0.33, 1 & 3 from 18 M stock solution. I have Na2SO4 for adjusting the pH. The final volume would be 500mL. Very much appreciated.=

Start from writing expression of K2 for H2SO4.
