My molecule 1,1-cyclohexanediacetic acid monoamide is reacted with NaOCl in presence of NaOH and HCl to give 1-(aminomethyl)-cyclohexane acetic acid Hcl salt. Someone please kindly let me know whether cyclization happens in hoffman reaction, if happens what would be the conditions favourable for cyclization and what would be the impurity formed??
