Electrochemistry question
« on: May 26, 2017, 11:44:08 PM »
Just need a starting platform to answer this question please.
250cm3 of an aqueous solution of 0.1moldm-3 cupric bromide (CuBr2) was electrolysed in a small cell until 1.55 g of copper were deposited. Calculate the initial and final minimum voltage that had to be applied (at 25 ℃) and the time it took for the electrolysis to complete if a constant current of 0.1amp was used.
