Soap Making Industry
« on: May 30, 2017, 06:07:22 AM »
We have been facing a problem of increased temperature of soap noodle after passing it through the soap dryer in a soap vacuum dryer plant.
I have been given a project to rectify the problem and bring down the Soap Noodles temperature.
Could you guys please help me in knowing probable reasons why this could occur?
I tried to solve the problem myself was able to come up with one explanation for the problem - that the temperature of the water which was being fed to the vacuum pump was high (around 34-35 degC), which resulted in lesser efficiency/performance of the pump and hence the creation of a lesser vacuum.
