Hypothetically, how would someone create a material with high tensile strength(up to 5,000 PSI), high elasticity, solidifies almost instantaneously at room temperature, and can be stored in a liquid state above a certain temperature? This question may be asking too much but I barely know anything about chemistry and just wanted to see how this would be done.
