Alkalinity and [CO2],[HCO3-],[CO3-2] and [-OH]

Water with an alkalinity of 2.00x10-3 eq/L has a pH of 7.0. Calculate [CO2], [HCO-3],[CO3 2-], and [OH-].

I have been looking for a answer for this problem but i havent found something that can explain the steps to resolve it, please if someone knows how to do it and the steps that i have to follow to do it, i will be really gratefull. The steps to resolve it please or a pega where i can found a explication
