Removal of Bn proecting group

I have a molecule with the group N-O-Bn. I want to remove the benzyl protecting group so I get N-hydroxy as my product. Any suggestions ?

Pd/C hydrogen: Do I need heat / pressure ?
LiAlH4 ?

I think you will reduce the hydroxylamine to amine if you use these methods, maybe trimethylsilyl iodide could work if the rest of the molecule can withstand it.
