If polyethylene glycol 300 and sorbitol 70% combine, will the peg 300 just take all the water from sorbitol? Or what exactly are the products of their reaction? Assume 700 kgs of sorbitol and 31,000 kgs of peg 300

What do you mean combine? Those two materials will not react with each other with nothing else involved.
