Determination of degree of crystallinity by Origin

Hi. can someone help to find degree of crystallinity by origin or equation of solid material.? I have an equation
Xc=1-[(V112/300)/I300].

More detail needed in order to provide assistance.  There are lots of ways to determine crystalinity of a material.
