Chromaphore addition to M-PEgs
« on: April 20, 2018, 04:59:50 PM »
I am looking for a suitable chromophore to add to m-peg-OH and m-peg-amine. I'm hoping there is a single chromophore that can be attached to both end groups in a one pot method. However, if not, are there two chromophores that can be conjugated in a stepwise fashion to allow differentiation of m-PEG-OH form m-PEG-amine species using a UV detector on an HPLC. I am hoping ot be able to determine mole% content.

If UV HPLC is not a suitable instrument for determining m-peg-oh and m-peg-amine content, is there another practical instrumental method I could use?

Thank you for any *delete me*!!
