Ring formation mechanism

I am currently working in an organic chemistry lab for a summer internship. My mentor gave me this problem today and I can't quite figure it out. I haven't done actual arrow pushing in over a year so I am having trouble. Thank you!

It is a forum rule (see red link) that you must show your attempt before we can help you.  I suggest looking for electrophilic and nucleophilic centers.

I'm sure this is brutally wrong but that's about the best I can think of at the moment. Not quite sure where the stereo-center comes in to play.
