What could this chemical reaction actually be?

I don't know if anybody here is aware of the company Brilliant Light Power.  The details aren't really important, as it's a variation on a free energy scam with the twist here being that the man who owns the company claims to have found a ground state of hydrogen below the ground state and generates energy from creating these "hydrinos".  It is, of course, arrant nonsense (and there's a lot more nonsense besides the little I've described here).

However, he occasionally posts videos on YouTube purporting to show some reaction or another. In one in particular, he claims to have created a novel material from a "hydrino reaction".  I don't believe for one second that he has, but the video does show something being created (or, perhaps more accurately, something being changed into a different state).  Since he's not a chemist or a physicist (he's actually a medical doctor), I assume that it's not something all that obscure and that there's a fair chance anybody who is an actual chemist or knows something about actual chemistry will be able to recognise it or hypothesise what it's likely to be.

Without further ado, here is the 2 minute video:

There's another, even shorter video purporting to show the same material, in which it's claimed to be magnetic - while actually demonstrating that it's not magnetic and is instead sticky and light:

Does anybody recognise it, or feel able to offer a hypothesis as to what it's likely to actually be?
