Nomenclature of bicyclic molecules with functional groups

Hello everyone!

Recently I've been looking into some cyclic nomenclature and came across these bicyclic molecules with functional groups.
However, I can't seem to find anything regarding their IUPAC nomenclature.
I've linked one here:

If it weren't for the ketone group, I think I could name it as bicycle-[3:2:1]-octane.
But with this additional group I've got no idea.
