Hi everybody , its kind of challenge for me i coudn't made it so i'm looking for help , i try to make a oily powder that melt in hand like a solid flakes but when you squeez , it melt and left oil behind , thank you for you time

not like silly putty or kinetic sand more like solid flakes that have  a creamy structure oily and when you squez on it between fingers it melt , i will link a picture .

No idea about exact recipes, but to help you with a correct wording: my bet is that you are looking for a non-Newtonian fluid made from a solid boric acid with and added liquid (look also for thixotropic fluids). It doesn't melt, it changes viscosity under the stress.
