I am having difficulty in learning chemistry. please suggest me some good online chemistry tutoring sites.

Khan Academy is usually a good help, not necessarily a tutor but still great for understanding concepts.

If you do find a good tutor make sure you really go over the bare basics and foundations. It may seem boring as I assume you've done all of that before, but having a thorough understanding of the basics is essential. And who knows, there may some basic concept you've missed which is coming back to haunt you now.

Are you high school or University level?
