conformational energy and anomeric effect
« on: October 17, 2018, 07:08:56 AM »
So I am having this project in which I need to calculate and observe anomeric effect on bonds and which anomer is better for the molecule. I've calculated equilibrium constant K but now I've got to calculate which anomer is more dominant in equilibrium. I am stuck here. I got the K form
ΔG=-RTlnK and now I should get the mole fraction for both EQ and AX anomers. Any idea what to do next?
