Glucose reactions
« on: October 22, 2018, 04:41:54 PM »
Hello!

Can you tell me please where I can find a complete list of all possible reactions that have glucose as main substrate? It can react with some other simple molecules like O2, H2O, etc.

It can be catalytic or enzymatic, but I am looking for the decomposition/conversion reactions, not the polymerisation.

Thanks!

There are literally thousands that have been tested in a laboratory, and nearly infinite potential ones.

The idea of a complete list boggles the mind.  Can you cut the territory down in some way?  It might help to know why you want such a list.
