Has anyone done this? I'd trying to figure out the reaction conditions. Thanks for any help

dissolve the acid(dry CH2Cl2 or dmf as solvent), add in the EDAC in ice-bath and then add in amine ,half an hour later remove the ice-bath ,stir in RT for overnight,remove the solvent under reduced pressure ,dissolve the residue with EtOAc and freeze for half an hour in refrigeratory ,filter out the EDAC, remove the EtOAc the residue was isolated
by column chromatographyon a silica gel column
