What the f&#$ next? god and the disciples in an enema? blessed surgical instruments? atheists being turned away from medical care?

By the blazing fires of the black abyss! religion should NEVER influence politics, george bush is a menace and a criminal, the greatest threat to humanity as it stands today >:(

Oh this is ridiculous. I hope nobody tries to outlaw birth control pills here, that would be bad. I've always been a firm believer in seperation of church and state, and that applies to all levels of state. To me, Bush's religious views have too much influence over how he wants to run this country. He needs to go, or maybe rename himself ot Grand Ayatollah Bush. Religion and politics cause problems, just look at the middle east. One nice about Saddam Hussein, it was a non-religious state when he was in charge.

This is something that doesn't surprise me...but really does scare me.

This is only the beginning unless we can get a Dem. in, if another Rep. gets in, we're doomed...which means I'm leaving.  Hello Canada or Switzerland.

Ever since this moron took office in a rigged election, I knew this country was going to go downhill.

It just goes to show how many stupid people there are that voted for the loser.

God bless America, not Bush.

Here is a little joke.

If you read the news, Bush has had protesters lined up by his ranch,, well one of his neighbors was getting upset so he fired off his shotgun in the air,, well guess what ,,this is the closest Bush has ever been to real combat .:)  So I'm sure he knows what he is doing when it comes to war.  He sucks!!

You know, medicine can't heal everything. I don't think it's that insane to push people away from the idea that only the doctors can heal us.

However, praying is not the solution for headache relief. Although, medicine can't heal everything, that is the goal.

Just another one for the brain is all.  The psyche has healing power, it's not God.

Advil actually works better.  Either that or sleep.

Alot to be said for 'mind over matter' I think    -   can't explain it.. but??

I heard about 2 women in Africa who decided to fast and pray  -  not uncommon practice amoungst devout christians.    The women didn't realise that you can't actually go without water for more than 3 or 4 days without dying.    Apparently they did not eat or drink for 11 days!!!!    They should be dead, but no one told them that and they just kept going for 11 days (doubt they were that healthy afterwards though!!) :o
