Title: JOV vs Tetrahedron
Post by: rolnor on February 11, 2021, 04:36:45 PM
How large is the quality-difference between these to journals would you say? JOC is Nr.1 but is Tetrahedron close?

I trust JoC more than Tetrahedron.

I find the quality is higher in JoC in that when I follow preps from JoC I have more success than when I follow preps from Tetrahedron.

Don't get me started on Tet Lett. In recent years it has improved, but pre-2010 I would say it was low-tier.

Both journals have a similar scope. Their Impact Factors (4.335 and 2.233, respectively) testify their quality-difference.
