BCl3 + CO -->
... + ... + NaOH ---> NaNO2 + ...

Are you sure they're exact equation you want to ask?
 I only know this equation:

B2O3 + 3 C + 3 Cl2 ? 2 BCl3 + 3 CO (at 5000C)
