Is the first entry in C suppose to be -NH₃ or NH₂?  The reason that I ask is that in the other letters, -NH₂ appears.  Also, I am having some difficulty understanding the following point:  As we proceed from left to right, are we supposed to be increasing or decreasing in activity?

This exercise test was me and I maintain that there is simply no answer but my teacher insisted that an answer!!

Is the order supposed to be most reactive to least reactive, or is it least reactive to most reactive?

Why did you choose A?  Have you thought about the charge on nitrogen?  Have you thought about the presence or absence of lone pairs of electrons?

You didn't answer my questions.  In my opinion one of the answers has a typographical error.  If one mentally removes the typo, then there is an answer.
