would like to know how to make chlorine dioxide for a mouthwash

if you make that you'll probably die.  if you make it and then try to use it in a mouthwash, you will assuredly die

And how about a nice peroxygen difluoride enema while you at it? "strips the bowel cleaner to a noticeable degree" ;D
