Title: Why Does The Atom Ne Not have electronegativity?

I was just wondering why the atom/element Ne did not have any electronegativity.

In some respects, its electronegativity is so large that it is impossible to scale. If electronegativity is loosely defined as the ability of an element to attract electron density around it, then the fact the there are no compounds of neon indicates its tendency to hold onto its electrons so tightly it never even forms any bonds.
