My first guess - do not take it as the correct answer

H2SO4(L) + 8H2O2(L) + 2CH3OH(L) -----> H2SO4(G) + 12H2O(G) + 2CO2(G) + O2(G) + [heat]

the source of ignition will most likely be the hydrogen peroxide as the oxidising agent.  What is the machine used for?  Is concentrated sulfuric acid used?

we have OSP machine for our PCB manufacture process, on microetching process our use acid piranha solutin, but a month ago after we change piranha solution with the new one on the machine (this solution we made a few week ago) on a couple hours this machine explode strongly. we suggest may be it contamine  with alcohol.
