Synthesis of 1,2,3-oxathiazol-2-one

I've been searching the net for this (or similar) reactions for days now and can't seem to find any ... I can't find any synthesis path for 1,2,3-oxathiazol-2-one even on the pay-per-view sites.

Any thoughts?
