pharmacy application
« on: April 24, 2012, 01:52:45 PM »
Hello, I have a problem: I want to measure the moisture content of a drug. In my book it stands like this: you place your drug in a closed place and nearby te drug you place a moisture regulatore. Then you measure via gravimetric the moisture of your drug. Can someone explain how you do this gravimetric thing?

That's just a fancy way of saying that you weigh the drug.

Yea I think it's saying you weigh the sample, then place it in a dessicator, then weigh it again. The difference in weights would be your moisture.
